Price & Info  

  Do’s:  

  • Original characters (OCs), Fanart (your interpretation of existing characters), Yume sonas, anime, manga, video games characters.

  Don’ts:  

  • Furries, mecha, and anything that doesn't look like a human.

  • breasts, gore and sexual organs

  • Do not recreate OC or Yume designs if you are not the owner. Reuse of Canonical characters design created by me is ok.

  What is included in packages  

  Design  I do not make doll designs separately. We will be building the design together with you to achieve the best look of your plushie. While in the design phase, please pay more attention to DMs as we will be heavily communicating on everything. In case you have examples of plushie faces which you like - do not hesitate to share them.  Doll  The plushie will be carefully packed
and ready for your love!  Clothes  All plushies will be dressed into basic clothes. The clothes vary by body type. You can see some examples at my commission board.  Doll Certificate  The certificate will contain general information of your plushie plus short care instructions. More detailed care instructions are available here.

  Extras  Every plushie will come with bonus stickers and hand-drawn card of your character illustrated by me. I will be also including little local sweets too, please, don’t be surprised if i ask about your food preferences (´• ω •`)

  How to order  

Before placing an order, please familiarize yourself with the Terms and additional information you should know!If ToS are OK - please DM me via bluesky or Twitter. I rarely check my TikTok DMs and can miss your message.

  Care instructions  

  • Use a lint roller or tape to clean the dust off the plushie.

  • Do not leave the plushie under direct sunlight and hot environments as it might damage the adhesive and fabrics over time.

  • If localized stains, use a small toothbrush with soft bristles dipped in cleaning foam or micellar water to wipe the soiled area. After cleaning and whipping, let it dry naturally.

  • Do not put it into the washer or dryer.

  TOS  

  Commission  I reserve the right to decline commission requests for any reason.  Additions  I am open to discussing any additional elements you might want, such as removable ears, a tail with magnets, a skeleton structure, or extra embroidery on the plush. However, please remember that significant changes to the original design may result in additional costs.  Communication  I will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure your commission is being created to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, I am unable to complete the commission, I will fully refund the cost of the order.If you wish to cancel the commission before work has begun, please inform me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I may need to retain the amount spent on materials and the transfer fee.  Responsibility  While I take every care to ensure the quality of my work, I cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by my plush dolls. Please keep them out of reach of children and pets, and supervise their use at all times.*During the sewing process, my cats often linger nearby. Although I try to prevent their fur from getting into the fabric or stuffing, please be cautious if you have an allergy to cat hair.  Payment  Full payment is required before I ship the end doll. Payment will be made via PayPal money request.I do not give discounts even if you make multiple orders (｡•́︿•̀｡)  Waiting time  Please note that the waiting time includes the time required to obtain materials. If certain materials are not in shortage, the total wait time will be longer. I will start working on the commission as soon as possible once I have received all the materials.When placing an order, please consider that I have a primary job, and I may not be able to take urgent commissions. While I will try my best to keep my clients updated on the condition of their commissions, months of wait time are possible. I do not recommend commissioning me if you're not ready for any of this.If your plush is scheduled for a certain month, please, also allow for a grace period of 4-8 weeks. I will be posting any urgent updates on my twitter & bluesky.  Quality and care  All my plushies are handmade, so please refrain from expecting plush with factory-quality. I do my best to sew the plush securely, but the hand-stitched parts are still more delicate and could break with rough handling. Please treat the plush with care to avoid possible damage.  Delivery  Just before shipping I will contact you to make sure the shipping address you provided is correct and complete. Please be prepared that i will ask for:

  • Name, Surname

  • Street, House number (and apartment number if applicable)

  • City

  • ZIP code

  • Country

  • And phone number.

After the package is sent, it is no longer my responsibility and I have no control over it.
If for any reason the package is returned back to me, I will have to charge additional payment for reshipment.  Portfolio  I have the right to share pictures of the plush commissions on my social profiles (Telegram, Twitter, Bluesky, Pinterest, own site).Exceptions should be discussed separately before starting work on the commission.  Feedback  I love to receive feedback from my clients!   Postage  

  • The package will be sent from Riga, Latvia.

  • I use the Latvijas Pasts services for shipping. The base shipping fee is 15 EUR. in case you order 4 or more 10cm large dolls or 3 or more 20cm large dolls the shipping fee will be 20EUR.

  • Once the package is sent, I will provide you with a tracking number. (Please kindly keep track of the delivery status).

  • The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and any potential customs fees.

*If you wish to receive the plush buddy as soon as possible, I can send it through postal services like DHL or others, depending on your preferences. Please note that the cost of these shipping services will be significantly higher.

  Commission process  

  Step 1. Design  During the design phase, I recommend sharing references early—these could include character designs, facial expressions, or other doll styles you admire—along with your specific preferences. Your active feedback on the sketches is crucial. I will begin by providing 2-3 initial sketches. Once a sketch is approved, I’ll finalize the color scheme. Please keep in mind that the thread palette is limited; I will choose shades that align with the available thread colors for the final design.  Step 2. Embroidery file  Once the design is approved, I will order any necessary materials and create the embroidery file. At this stage, you can still make changes or cancel the request. I’ll also share photos of fabric options for your approval and add your plushie to the embroidery queue.  Step 3. Embroidery and sewing  With all preparations complete, I’ll begin the embroidery and sewing process. You can follow updates on my Twitter and Bluesky. Upon request, I can also provide a 360° video of the plushie.  Step 4. Preparing extras & finishing the order  After the plushie is finished, I will take time to photograph and film it for my portfolio. I’ll also prepare any extra goodies included in your order. At this point, I will request your shipping address and package the plushie for shipment.  Step 5. Payment  I will send a PayPal request before shipping. Once payment is received, I’ll provide the tracking number so you can monitor the shipment. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, although shipping within Europe may take less time.
